Hello…thank you for the visit! A bit about myself…
I am in my 60’s, 68 to be precise (June 2018)! It is a myth that life begins at a particular age-mostly much earlier than the 60’s! However, I feel like my life has JUST BEGUN!
I enjoy photography, I have been a ‘photographer’ pretty much all my adult life, but I got into ‘serious photography’ about two years back. And I enjoy travel…been doing that for almost 2 1/2 decades.
Since starting photography two years back(in 2016), I have been ‘shooting’ with passion, almost an obsession, you might call it! I have always loved to travel and in the past 6-7 years, done a lot of it, mostly SOLO! I have added overseas travel in addition to domestic.
I find the world a fascinating place and the people fascinating as well. Travel opens up ones mind. I find that the landscape, when viewed through the eye of the lens, offers very different views! This is what I want to share with my ‘audience’!
I am mostly a landscape/astro photographer. The night shooting is very exhilirating-the mysteries of the moon, stars, and the Milky Way!

But WordPress has changed their editing software(?) or something like that. So want to get going and devote this year to my blog-travel and photography. Hi Kamala, Thank you for sharing your experiences with us. I have a question if you don’t mind. I’m traveling from Baltimore to Grand canyon tomorrow, and love to visit Antelope canyon. Was Antelope Canyon open? I saw your pictures from Antelope in google map!

Hi…I am not sure if they are open. I was there a couple of years back. Best to go on the website and check it out. Good luck! It is beautiful, by you have to book a tour. It is on Indian land and restricted access.
